Our Clinic continues to plan and deliver care to our patients in accordance with national guidelines, to keep everyone safe in this unprecedented time.
In order to protect our patients and staff we are asking everyone to adhere to some key precautions.
· If you are feeling in anyway unwell, we would recommend that you postpone your appointment until you are feeling better.
· Please do not attend your appointment early. If you are early for your appointment, we ask that you remain outside in the mall area in order to reduce the number of people in the clinic.
· All patients must sanitize their hands upon arrival.
· All patients must attend the assessment station in the Beacon Concourse before arriving. The nurses there will take your temperature and ask you a few questions before allowing you entry to the clinic.
· We have reduced capacity in our waiting room in order to minimize contact and adhere to social distancing. This means that we will only be able to accommodate a maximum of 2 people at a time in our waiting room. However, we are monitoring our booking processes to try and ensure that we will have as few patients as possible in the reception at one time.
· We want to assure you that we have made extensive efforts to ensure that we have enough personal protective equipment (PPE) and that all staff will be wearing it appropriately.
· Staff are regularly disinfecting the reception area.
· All treatment and consultation rooms are being disinfected after each patient.
· Consultations will be under 15 minutes where appropriate and Dr Ahmadi and her nurses will keep their distance as and where they can without your treatment being affected.
Payment Process
In order to reduce contact when making payments, we have a number of options in place to assist with this.
o Paying over the phone prior to your consultation.
o Online payments.
o Google/Apple Pay.
If none of the above is feasible for you, we can assure you that our card machine is being regularly disinfected, and we will kindly ask you to use the hand sanitizer before and after use.
